Terms of use
The terms that apply to using this site and booking a stay through StayCompare.
Who provides what
StayCompare is operated by B2B Gateway Co., Ltd. (Thai company registration no. 0905569007450).
StayCompare books rooms supplied through global hotel wholesale partners. The hotel provides the stay, and every confirmation has the details to show at check-in.
Bookings and price
A booking is complete when you see its reference on screen. The price shown when you book is what you pay us. If the hotel collects a local tax or fee at the desk, it is shown in the hotel's important information before you book, and you must accept it to continue.
Cancellation
Every room we sell can be cancelled free until the date and time shown before booking and on your confirmation. You can cancel yourself from your booking page. After that deadline the hotel may charge a cancellation fee.
Guest names
Enter names in English exactly as on the document used at check-in. The hotel may refuse check-in if the name doesn't match.
